From time to time, I find myself worrying about situations I can't control. These worries not only do no good to the situation or me, but on top of that, all my energy is drained.
Do you also find yourself in such moments?
Can you maintain a state of hope?

By nature, we tend to worry and get angry about situations where we actually can't do anything. It is understandable to have some level of anxiety, but when it exceeds the limit, it can become exhausting and maintaining hope becomes difficult.

 

But when we notice these situations and moments, we can prevent them and replace them with hope. As we free ourselves from worries and maintain hope, it can be productive, and we approach life more productively.

 

There is a way to cope with situations that make us anxious: turn them into opportunities!

 

When I find myself anxious in situations where I can't do anything, I ask, "Okay, since things aren't going the way I want and I can't do anything about it, how can I make the best of this process?" I release the anxiety and take action based on the answer I get. For example, today, instead of getting angry and complaining that my delayed flight will make me late, I took it as an opportunity and started writing this blog 🙂✌🏼

 

Can you maintain a state of hope?

 

Taking action based on the answers we get by asking the right questions will clear our minds and prevent worries. At the same time, incorporating routines that benefit us into our lives helps us focus on the main thing, not our anxieties. If you are having trouble establishing routines, you can get ideas by looking at the content of people who already have routines.
