We are responsible for the process, not the outcome!
"There are many things we dream of and wish for, and they will always be. Thinking one step further is the fuel for all of us. However, if we want to live a more sustainable life, we can switch to our electric version instead of filling up with gasoline." 🙂
"Just looking at whether we have our desires means throwing away what we learn in the process of them happening or not happening. On the other hand, when we look at what we encounter while chasing the things we want and, most importantly, our reactions to what we encounter, a process rich in lessons winks at us. When we can see this, we learn what we need to learn more easily, and no matter what the outcome is, we are always satisfied."
"The outcome may not always be as we want. When we keep our focus on the outcome, we cannot control our emotional state; sometimes, when the things we desire the most do not happen, I believe the real reason we feel 'burnt out', inadequate, or unhappy is this."
"However, when we focus on what we learn from the process, we can see the benefits of what is or isn't happening much more easily. Seeing this and feeling that we have learned will make us feel at peace, and thus what we see will illuminate our path to continue learning."
So you must help yourself.
If there is something you really want, notice it now: are you in a completely results-oriented waiting state, or are you in a flow that directs you to enjoy the process and learn from it?
"I am sure that the heartfelt answer you give to this question will teach you a lot." 🙂
"Throughout this entire process where you seek the answers to your questions, it can enable you to combine your sense of smell with the practices you perform, and in the moment you perceive it, you can feel the peace of meeting yourself in your practices."
With a wish for a life where we are more in flow and receive teachings!
"We are always by your side as Team Birdiejay to support you and your journey."
With love,
