Sonuçtan değil süreçten sorumluyuz!
Lately, I often remind myself to be process-oriented rather than result-oriented.
When I focus on the lessons I will take from the process, I start to experience a much more enjoyable life.
What do you think are the ways to focus on the process rather than the result?
We are responsible for the process, not the outcome!

There are many things we dream of and really want to happen, and there always will be. Thinking one step ahead is everyone's fuel. But if we want to live a more sustainable life, instead of refueling, we can switch to the electric version of ourselves. 🙂

Just looking at whether our desires come true or not means throwing away what we learn during the process when they do or don't happen. On the other hand, when we look at what we encounter while chasing what we want and, most importantly, at our reactions to what we encounter, a process full of teachings winks at us. When we can see this, we learn what we need to learn more easily and are always satisfied regardless of the outcome.

The result may not always be as we want. When we focus on the result, we cannot control our emotional state; I believe the main reason we feel "worn out," inadequate, or unhappy when things we really want don't happen is this.

However, when we focus on the process and what we learn from it, we can much more easily see the benefit of what is or isn't happening. Seeing this and feeling that we have learned will make us feel peaceful, and thus what we see will light the way for us to learn and continue.

That's why you should help yourself.

We are responsible for the process, not the outcome!

If there is something you really want to happen, realize now: are you in a completely result-oriented waiting state, or are you in a flow that enjoys the process and directs your focus to learning?

I am sure that the answer you give to this question from your heart will teach you a lot. 🙂

Throughout this process where you seek answers to your questions, you can combine the sense of smell with the practices you do, and the moment you perceive it, you can feel the peace of meeting yourself in your practices.

Wishing for a life that is more in flow and where we receive teachings!

As Team Birdiejay, we are always by your side to support you and your journey.
