  • Orders placed by 8:00 AM Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days within Istanbul and 1-3 business days for other cities.

Returns and Exchanges

  • The return and exchange period is 14 days from the date the shipment is delivered to you.
