Orders placed by 08:00 from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day; orders placed afterward are shipped the next day.
Delivery dates may change on official holidays.
Delivery is made within an average of 1-2 business days within Istanbul, and 1-3 business days outside the city.

The return and exchange period is 14 days from the date the cargo is delivered to you.
Don't forget to get your free shipping code after filling out the Return / Exchange form.
If you have gifts earned from shopping over certain amounts and your total shopping after the return falls below this amount, the gifts must also be returned.
