Birdiejay was produced using superior fabric and sewing technology not available in Turkey. The model/color/size I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

All products at Birdiejay are produced in limited quantities and the same products are not reproduced in order to offer different options. Therefore, except for our classic black leggings LEGGINGS OF A LIFETIME - BLACK, we do not plan to restock other products. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase the products you like before stocks run out. Still, we are always open to your ideas, and there may be surprises for highly requested products.

I couldn't decide on my size. Which one do you recommend?

It is suitable, you can have it made by a tailor you trust.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How many days does it take for my order to reach me?

Although it varies between international and domestic orders, your domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 days. They are delivered within 1-3 days. During special days and official holiday periods, since cargo companies do not operate, this period may extend to after the official holiday. When your order is shipped, you will be informed by an email containing the tracking link, and you can also see where your package is by clicking on your order within the my account section. Can I change the address on my order?

If you need to change the address on your order, please info@birdiejay.com or you can reach us through our social media accounts. If your order has not been shipped, it will be sent to your new address.

Why can't the order be canceled?

In order to deliver your orders as quickly and accurately as possible, they are automatically processed in our integrated storage system as soon as the order is created. Manual intervention in this automation process can cause disruptions in the operational flow and increase the risk of errors. To maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, orders cannot be interfered with. We kindly ask you to ensure the accuracy of the information before placing the order. In case of any error, you can initiate the return process after the product has reached you.

What is Birdiejay's return policy?

All orders can be returned within 14 days from the day the order reaches you. Within this period, we will gladly accept products that have not had their tags removed, have not been worn except for trying on, have not been washed, damaged, or stained. To accept the return, the return shipment must be prepared using the original Birdiejay packaging materials (box, bag, tag, etc.); otherwise, the return will be rejected by us.

Is there an option for exchange?

Yes. You can create an exchange request on our website within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Within this period, we can provide an exchange for products that have not had their tags removed, have not been worn except for trying on, have not been washed, damaged, or stained.

Which situations are covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers defects arising from production processes such as seam bursting.

What should I do if my order is damaged/missing/wrongly sent?

After the necessary examinations, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If I return the products, when will I receive my refund?

After the returned products reach us, we perform the necessary checks and approve them within one week. Then, depending on your bank, your refund will be completed within a few business days. The method and duration of reflection on your credit card statement may vary depending on your bank. For international orders, we do not refund any customs duties, other taxes, and additional fees that may apply to your order.

Who pays the shipping fee for returns & exchanges?

All shipping costs for exchange transactions are covered by us, and for return transactions, the shipping cost will be charged to you and the refund will be made accordingly.

Why am I paying extra taxes or fees for my international orders?
