The model/color/size that I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

At Birdiejay, all products are produced in limited quantities, and to offer a variety of options, the same items are not reproduced. Therefore, apart from our classic black leggings, LEGGINGS OF A LIFETIME - BLACK, we currently have no plans to restock other products. We recommend purchasing your favorites before they sell out. However, we’re always open to your feedback—there may be surprises for highly requested items!

I am not sure about my size. Which one do you recommend?

Are your products suitable for alterations?

Yes, they are. You can have alterations done by a trusted tailor.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How many days will it take for my order to reach me?

Delivery times vary for domestic and international orders. Domestic orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days and delivered within 1-3 days. Please note that during special occasions and public holidays, delivery times may extend as shipping companies do not operate on these days.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Can I change the address on my order?

If you need to change the address on your order, please info@birdiejay.com or you can reach us through our social media accounts. If your order has not been shipped, it will be sent to your new address.

Why can't the order be canceled?

In order to deliver your orders as quickly and accurately as possible, they are automatically processed in our integrated storage system as soon as the order is created. Manual intervention in this automation process can cause disruptions in the operational flow and increase the risk of errors. To maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, orders cannot be interfered with. We kindly ask you to ensure the accuracy of the information before placing the order. In case of any error, you can initiate the return process after the product has reached you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What is Birdiejay’s return policy?

All orders can be returned within 14 days from the date they are delivered to you. During this period, we gladly accept items that have their tags intact, have not been worn except for trying on, are unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains. To ensure your return is accepted, the return package must be prepared using the original Birdiejay packaging materials (box, bag, tags, etc.). Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.

Is exchange possible?

Yes, exchanges are possible. You can request an exchange on our website within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. During this period, we can process exchanges for items that have their tags intact, have not been worn except for trying on, are unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains.

What situations are covered under the warranty?

Our warranty covers defects resulting from the production process, such as seam tears.

What should I do if my order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?

If you encounter such an issue, you can contact us via our Return or Exchange page or at info@birdiejay.com. After conducting the necessary reviews, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and we assure you that no customer will be left at a disadvantage under any circumstances.

When will I receive my refund if I return the products?

Once the returned products reach us, we conduct the necessary checks and approve them within one week. After approval, your refund will be processed within a few business days, depending on your bank. Please note that the reflection time and method on your credit card statement may vary based on your bank. For international orders, we do not refund any customs duties, additional taxes, or fees applicable to your purchase.

Who covers the shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

For exchanges, all shipping costs are covered by us. For returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Why am I paying additional taxes or fees for my international orders?
