Shipping

  • Shipping is free for orders of 1290₺ and above.
  • Orders placed by 08:00 from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day; orders placed afterward are shipped the next day.
  • Delivery dates may change on official holidays.
  • Delivery is made within an average of 1-2 business days within Istanbul, and 1-3 business days outside the city.

Returns and Exchanges

  • The return and exchange period is 14 days from the date the cargo is delivered to you.
  • Don't forget to get your free shipping code after filling out the Return / Exchange form.
  • If you have gifts earned from shopping over certain amounts and your total shopping after the return falls below this amount, the gifts must also be returned.
