Lately, I see that I feel the sense of belonging the most. From the environments I am in to the people beside me, from the place I live to the decisions I make, or from the book I read to the clothes I wear... I feel belonging to all of them, and the work I want to do, the people I want to walk with, I frequently experience exactly this feeling. But when I look back two years ago, I remember feeling the exact opposite.
I am thinking:
Which right thing I did made it easier for me to move in the opposite direction?

If you often experience feelings of blockage and being stuck, these feelings might be signaling that you are in places that are not right for you. Sometimes certain fears and worries or nostalgia for the past can prevent making room for the new. Not being able to make room gives the feeling of not being able to move forward.
Although longing for the past is perceived as longing for people and experiences, we actually hold on to the feelings we had there. We may think that if we are not in those environments or if those people leave our lives, we won't be able to feel what we felt again. However, it is possible to feel those feelings and more deeply or to feel belonging to a completely different place again.
The feeling of belonging is like a tree taking root.
As you try to exist in the wrong places, you either wither or go through a process where, with your weak roots, you only struggle to hold on to life without enjoying it.
If you are in the right soil, your roots are strong, your leaves are lush green. Long-lasting happiness enters your life, and the strength of your roots allows you to shine in everything you do.
When you exist as yourself, by trusting uncertainty and starting to try instead of ignoring and losing the opportunities that come running after your desires, you can find where you belong more and where you are happiest.
Sometimes you bloom from the place you said you couldn't root, and sometimes you see that the soil that was once fertile for you can no longer nourish you, and you can continue by saying it's normal, seasons change 🙂

If you have worries like "It won't be like before, I can't feel what I felt again, or I won't find something that suits me as much again," know that when you free yourself from these thoughts and make room for infinite possibilities, you will meet things you feel much more connected to.
At times like these, remembering that not everything is under our control and trusting the flow, believing it will bring us the best, will speed up the process. When opportunities come, instead of holding on to the past and watching them pass by, including them in our lives will allow us to change direction.

At the same time, one way to ease this process where you open space to find what is right for you and experience opportunities could be to include yoga and meditation exercises in your life. Yoga will help you free the emotions trapped in your body, and meditation will assist you in strengthening your roots.
The most vulnerable moments for feelings like belonging and happiness are the moments of shopping. Feeling more connected to our own body is not possible with any product or clothing. Or we don't have to change anything according to any standard to feel happy in our own body. We can only take personal steps that we think will be good for us. Making decisions and shopping consciously by being aware of these will help you be more mindful.
Wishing for a life where we can fully feel the sense of belonging in completely different areas!
