"These days, I see that I feel the most sense of belonging. I feel a sense of belonging to the people next to me in the environments I am in, to the decisions I make from the place I live, or to the clothes I wear from the book I read... I frequently experience this feeling with the work I want to do and the people I want to walk with. However, when I look back to 2 years ago, I remember feeling the exact opposite of this."
I am thinking:
"Which right thing I did made it easier for me to progress in the opposite direction?"
If you often feel a sense of congestion or being stuck, these feelings may be signaling to you that you are in places that are not right for you. Sometimes, certain fears and anxieties or nostalgia for the past can prevent you from making space for the new. Not being able to make space gives the feeling of being unable to progress.
"Although we perceive the longing for the past as a longing for people and experiences, in reality, we are holding onto the feelings we experienced there. If we are not in those environments or if those people leave our lives, we may think that we will never feel what we felt again. However, it is possible to feel those feelings and even more deeply, or to feel a sense of belonging to a completely different place again."
The sense of belonging is like a tree taking root.
"As you try to exist in the wrong places, you either breathe or you are going through a process where you struggle to hold on to life with your frail roots, without enjoying it."
"When you are in the right soil, your roots are strong, and your leaves are lush green. Long-lasting happiness enters your life, and the strength of your roots allows you to shine in everything you do."
"When you exist as yourself, you can find where you belong more and where you are happiest, not by ignoring the opportunities that come running after you, trusting in uncertainty, but by starting to try."
"Sometimes you bloom from the place you call root, sometimes you see that the soil that used to be fertile for you can no longer nourish you, and you can continue by saying that it's very normal for the seasons to change 🙂"
"It won't be like it used to be, it's impossible for me to feel what I felt again, or I won't be able to find something that suits me that much again" if such worries are in your life, know that when you free yourself from these thoughts and make room for infinite possibilities, you will encounter things that make you feel much more at home.
"In such times, remembering that not everything is within our control and trusting the flow, believing that it will bring us the best, will accelerate the process. When opportunities arise, instead of holding on to the past and watching them pass by, incorporating them into our lives will allow us to change direction."

At the same time, one way to make this process easier, where you create space to find what is right for you and to experience opportunities, could be to incorporate yoga and meditation exercises into your life. Yoga will help you liberate the emotions trapped in your body, while meditation will assist you in strengthening your roots.
"Belonging, like happiness, has its most vulnerable moments during shopping. It is not possible to feel more connected to our own body with any product or piece of clothing. Nor do we have to change anything according to any standard to feel happy in our own body. We can only take personal steps that we believe will be good for us. Being aware of this will allow you to make more conscious decisions and shop more mindfully."
"Wishing for a life where we can fully feel a sense of belonging in completely different fields!"
