For a long time, I felt emotionally balanced and comfortable, but last week I had two days where I sharply lost that balance.
This reminds me of planes suddenly falling into an air pocket while flying normally.
I am thinking:
What do planes do during turbulence?
Can you feel all the emotions?

Planes pass through air pockets during turbulence without making any maneuvers to the right or left, being aware of the void. It's impossible for them to either pass by it or pretend it doesn't exist.

So the void is also part of the process.

 

When we talk about being in the flow, we actually mean welcoming life as it comes. But life doesn't always come with emotions that make you happy.

If air pockets are included in the flight time, energy-draining or discomfort-causing emotions are also part of life. And living life and the flow means being able to feel not only “good” emotions but all of them. To complete the flight, you need to experience that difficulty.

 

The belief that you must always feel good, happy, and peaceful can cause you to unconsciously act in these times. The more you act, meaning instead of feeling and overcoming the real emotions you need to feel, you sweep them under the rug, the more the accumulated dust becomes even more disturbing. Instead, by examining why you feel this way and giving up trying to feel happy all the time, accepting the existence of “bad” emotions and allowing yourself to feel them opens a new door. This door also brings the nourishment of these emotions.

You say it can't happen, but morning comes.

 

Embracing all emotions has the power to soothe pains.

Can you feel all the emotions?

 

 I spent Saturday trying to fight intense emotions alone and saw it didn't do me any good, so I went to my friend's place on Sunday afternoon and was able to spend the last three days together and more gently, and I remembered the confidence in seeking help that we talked about in previous weeks. So while reminding yourself that emotions are temporary, you can't always feel good, and you need to fully experience emotions until they run out, if you find it hard to go through the process, spending your days with your family or friends you trust not to judge and feel comfortable with can be helpful.
