Are you balanced in your work life and personal life?
The first condition to find this balance is to spend quality time with ourselves. So how can we achieve this? A nice meal alone, a long weekend walk, dedicating time to a workout we've wanted to start for a long time, or doing a yoga practice we need are the first things that come to mind. Actually, just pausing to think about what we need is part of taking good care of ourselves.
