To understand that you can give yourself permission, you first need to see if you can understand your intensities and feelings. For example, we shared our weekly newsletter, which we meet every Wednesday in the 5th month, this week on Friday due to my intensity. If I hadn't realized and expressed that I felt intense and tired, and hadn't made the necessary prioritizations, I could have ended the week feeling "burned out," unhappy, and in a rush.

 

So take a minute and think:

"Knowing yourself is not just about being aware of your interests or recognizing what you like and dislike. It also involves noticing whether you are getting lost among all the intensities, being able to take a break when you feel tired, or allowing yourself when things or emotions become overwhelming."

 

"Fulfilling the responsibilities you have taken on and being consistent is as important as doing all of this with a healthy and clear mind. The mind becomes clear not when it is pressured or tired, but when you allow it to be, and only when your mind is clear can you do justice to the work you are doing."

 

Therefore, breaking the routine is not always a bad idea because sometimes you need to go off the path to be on the road. In such cases, going off the path, meaning stopping and taking a step back, can show you more clearly where you are headed and can actually be a good opportunity to realize where you want to go and to guide yourself.
