Yeniye yer açabilir ve onu sevgiyle karşılayabilir miyiz?

To make room for the new and welcome what comes with love, we first need to turn to ourselves. We progress and develop as we open our arms to our own lives. As we focus on not forgetting ourselves and staying balanced, our lives begin to shine.

The new year, the beginning of the month, or every Monday is a great opportunity to not forget ourselves, set new goals, and make personal beginnings. Taking advantage of these opportunities by setting achievable goals can be a good start. Instead of setting one big goal that will damage your self-confidence if not achieved, setting segmented and routine goals that will increase your motivation as you see your progress and that you can replace if you fail will make you feel safer.

This can be done by dividing the year (or the month or week, depending on the example) into four parts. For example, instead of setting a goal like "I will learn to paint with oil paints this year," setting goals like "I will learn to draw by March, learn paints and their use by June, be able to combine both by September, and be able to do intermediate-level oil painting by December" can help you progress more clearly.

The reminders you set for these four months will show you how you are doing and will make it easier for you to have a healthier process. Acting systematically and checking yourself at certain intervals increases the realism of the goals you set for yourself and opens the way to continue by determining what else you can actually do for situations that you thought about at the beginning of the year but did not go exactly as planned.

Can we make room for the new and welcome it with love?

Welcoming the new with love is as important as making room for the new.

For this reason, I want to talk about my grandmother, who left behind a huge love, inspired everyone who was part of her life with her loving heart, in short and in other words, who passed from this world with the most love and left us exactly two years ago today.

My grandmother was a person of great love.

She loved the pine tree in her garden, her non-burning muslins, the grapes on her vine, the street cat, the neighbor's child, me, us, the neighborhood... everything I knew and saw. Because she loved so much, she beautified everything. My grandmother taught me how to love.

The more we love, the more we exist; the more warmth we feel in our hearts, the more we are.

True love doesn't make a person lose themselves; it brings them to themselves. In these first days of the year when we make room for the new, I hope to make room in my life for love as big as hers and to reflect it freely.

Because love conquers everything, including death.

The people with whom you share true love never leave your life; you can always feel them and their support.

Can we make room for the new and welcome it with love?

The smiling face of our hearts, my beautiful grandmother, I'm glad you passed through this world.
Wishing for a year where my grandmother's love spreads from me to you, and from you to your surroundings, and where we can welcome new things with love!
As Team Birdiejay, we are always by your side to support you and your journey.
With my love,
Çiğdem

Bayıldım…İnanılmaz rahat, yumuşacık, konforlu bir tayt. Diğer renklerinide alacağım. Daha önce neden almadım diye kendime kızıyorum.
