- Shipping is free for orders over 1290₺.
- Orders placed by 8:00 AM Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
- Delivery dates may vary on public holidays.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days within Istanbul and 1-3 business days for other cities.
Returns and Exchanges
- The return and exchange period is 14 days from the date the shipment is delivered to you.
- Don’t forget to obtain your free shipping code after filling out the return/exchange form.
- If you’ve received gifts due to your purchase exceeding a certain amount and your total drops below that amount after a return, the gifts must also be returned.
