Issues caused by manufacturing defects, such as seam tears, are covered under warranty. However, problems like localized pilling resulting from contact with rough-textured items such as bags, jackets, or socks are not included in the warranty. Additionally, any issues arising from not following washing instructions are excluded from the warranty. For instance, the use of fabric softener may cause discoloration, and drying the product in a tumble dryer may result in changes to its size, shape, or texture.
